Seminole and Orlando Power Squadrons merged in 2010, becoming the Central Florida Sail & Power Squadron.
We are a nonprofit, educational organization dedicated to making boating safer and more enjoyable by teaching classes in seamanship, navigation and related subjects. Our members are boating families who contribute to their communities by promoting safe boating through education. We enjoy participating with our fellow members on the water and in the classroom. Central Florida Sail & Power Squadron has some 103 members serving the Orlando, Seminole and Osceola Area.
There are 3 levels to the United States Power Squadrons: National, District and Local. Central Florida Sail & Power Squadron is at the local level.
We are Part of District 23. This district is made up of 9 squadrons in the northeast and central part of Florida.
